Monday, North Course greens were lighlty topdressed with sand, soil relieved, brushed and then rolled smooth. The soil reliever benefits the turf by relieving compaction 6 inches down, creating channels for oxygen to get in the soil and leaves a channel for roots to grow deep. When completed there is little disruption to the surface after the roller. A video is attached showing the Soil reliever in action.
