Junior Fitness Schedule

The Beast Badge is open to all Junior Members. The Beast Badge teaches ettiquette and Club rules, basic exercises and proper technique for each, as well as safety for usage in the Fitness Center. There are two categories: 10-11 year olds and 12-15 year olds. 10-11 year olds can use the Fitness Center from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm on weekdays and 11:00 am – 6:00 pm on weekends under parental supervision. 12-15 year olds can use the Fitness Center during those same hours but do not need adult supervision.

All kids enrolled in the tennis fitness program earned their Beast Badge.

 

Rick Howard, Director of Fitness, helps with the warm-up for the WCC Academy High Performance kids from 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm on Tuesdays, as well as the cool-down for the Green/Yellow group from 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm on Tuesdays. Samantha Spruance, our Kids Yoga Instructor, helps with the warm-up for the WCC Academy High Performance kids from 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm on Thursdays, as well as the cool-down for the Green/Yellow group from 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm on Thursdays.

This is not listed on the group exercise schedule as it runs through Tennis.
