On Monday, September 29th we lightly topdresed and then needle tined North greens to a depth of 6 inches. This process was followed by the rollers to smooth the surface. The needle tines are 5/16″ in diameter and after rolling the holes have little to no affect on ball roll due to the small size. Below the surface, deep channels are created for roots to grow and water to penetrate.
